Who needs an editor anyway?
Before you answer, ask yourself something else: What do readers want? What makes a book good? Why do people buy books? Why do we read? Those are all different questions with their complex answers, which all boil down to one thing: stories. Books are the conduit for stories.

It’s no piece of cake to tell a great story – one that engages, moves, and etches itself into memory. Stories worth telling come from within. They burn holes in the brain and you won’t stop until you get them out of your system. That’s what writing is really about – not about chasing trends, pandering to agents, and figuring out the intricacies of the publishing industry, but about getting to the bottom of that burning problem, which usually has something to do with the human condition. Because if you can explain humanity to your readers, even a little, we can all sleep better at night.

If you aspire to be the writer of such stories, see below what I can do for your manuscript and find out more about me here.
